For Local Delivery:
Within a 25-mile radius of our Gainesville store, we provide same-day
delivery. Simply place your order by 2:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday,
and our dedicated GoodNature Pet Store staff will personally deliver
your items right to your doorstep. No need to rely on third-party apps
or drivers. Please note that orders placed after 2:00 p.m. on Friday
will be delivered on the following Monday. The delivery fee is just $5,
and there's no minimum purchase required.

For Free Store Pickup:
Order online and enjoy the convenience of our Free Store Pickup service. Most orders are ready for pickup within one hour during our regular business hours. We'll send you a notification as soon as your order is ready, allowing you to swing by and collect your items whenever it suits you best.

If an item you want is out of stock, please contact us and we’ll notify you of the next restock date. We receive 3-4 deliveries a week so restock times are normally very quick.

Yes! We guarantee all of our pet food and will gladly offer store credit toward a different brand or recipe, even if the returned bag is already open. The only exceptions are opened cans of pet food and frozen pet food.

GoodNature Pet Store is family-owned and operated by a local family, Joy & Kat Drawdy. Long-time residents of Gainesville, the Drawdy family has been active in animal rescue, animal nutrition, and the pet retail industry since 1983. Joy Drawdy is the founder of Gainesville Pet Rescue and Co-founder of Earth Pets Natural Pet Market. Kat Drawdy is the curator of all things unique and fun at our shop and satellite stores and events. All of the amazing employees at GoodNature Pet Store are local residents with lifelong ties to the Drawdy family.

No we don’t sell pets, but we do partner with local rescues and host pet adoption events from time to time. Check our social media accounts regularly for notifications & updates about pet adoption events.

Sadly, we were forced to close our kitten nursery during the Covid pandemic. All of our kittens were adopted into loving homes and the nursery was closed down in early 2021. We are still very involved with animal rescue and will often have kittens available for private adoption. Check our social media accounts regularly for notifications & updates about adoptable pets.
